• An inventory or description of the items to be moved.
• Booking dates, times and any special requirements you tell us about.
• Payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you request a quote, call us, email us, message us on social media, or complete a form on this website. We may also receive your details from a third party who books a move on your behalf, such as a real estate agent, property manager or employer.

• To prepare and send you a quote.
• To schedule, perform and invoice your move.
• To contact you about your booking, including changes and arrival times.
• To respond to enquiries, complaints and insurance claims.
• To improve our services and, where you have consented, send you offers or updates.

Who we share it with

We only disclose your information where it is necessary to deliver the service: to our removal crews and subcontracted carriers, storage facility operators, insurers and claims assessors, payment processors, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to overseas recipients except through standard cloud service providers that host our email, quoting and analytics systems.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to measure how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.

How we store and protect it

Personal information is stored in secured systems with access limited to staff who need it to do their job. We retain quote and booking records for at least seven years to meet taxation, insurance and legal requirements, then securely destroy or de-identify them.

Accessing and correcting your information

Marketing communications

If you receive marketing emails or SMS from us, every message includes an unsubscribe option. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about a booking you have made.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
