A flat travel fee applies based on your suburb and is confirmed in writing before you book. Public holidays and jobs outside 6:00 am – 6:00 pm carry a 15% loading.

Yes. Every rate and quote we give includes GST, and you receive a tax invoice on the day of your move.
Charging starts when the crew arrives at your pickup address and stops when the last item is placed at your delivery address. Travel to and from our depot is covered by a single flat call-out fee, not billed hourly.
Three hours for a two-mover crew and four hours for three or four movers. After the minimum we bill in 15 minute increments, so you are never rounded up to a full hour.
Saturday and Sunday moves are charged at the same hourly rate. Public holidays and jobs starting before 6:00 am or after 6:00 pm carry a 15% loading, which is always shown on your quote first.
No surcharges. Stairs and long carries simply take more time, and time is what you are already paying for. Genuine specialty items such as pianos, pool tables and safes are quoted separately because they need extra crew and equipment.
